As a blended family ourselves, we understand that every family has its own unique story. Life moves quickly, and I believe the moments we often wish we could hold onto forever are the ones that happen in between the milestones - the belly laughs, the tiny hands, the quiet embraces, and the everyday moments that become the memories we treasure most.
As a mother of two, I know firsthand just how quickly seasons of life change. One moment you’re holding a little one in your arms, and the next you’re watching them grow into who they are becoming. That perspective is what fuels my passion for photography - preserving the connections, emotions, and stories that make each family beautifully unique.
When I’m not behind the camera capturing families, seniors, couples, and weddings, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, creating something new, volunteering as a Girl Scout Troop Leader and Service Unit team member, or planning our next adventure. I love building relationships, serving my community, and being part of the moments that bring people together.
Photography has always been about more than creating beautiful images. To me, it’s about preserving love, celebrating connection, and creating heirlooms that allow you to relive the feelings of a moment long after it has passed.
My goal is to make every session feel comfortable, genuine, and true to you - because the best photographs happen when you can simply be yourself.

Hey, i'm justin
Photographer. Husband. Dad. Grandfather. Storyteller. And the proud stepfather half of our stepfather-daughter photography team.
For me, photography has always been about one thing: people. The connections we share, the memories we create, and the moments that become part of our story are what make life meaningful.
The most treasured photographs aren’t always the perfectly posed ones - they’re the genuine smiles, the unexpected laughter, the quiet moments of love, and the interactions that show who you truly are. My goal is to capture those authentic moments and preserve them for years to come.
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll usually find me running my appliance business, working on a home improvement project, or spending time with the people who mean the most to me. I’ve been blessed to share over 20 years of marriage with my wife, and together we have built a beautiful blended family filled with six children and five grandchildren who bring endless joy, laughter, and adventure to our lives.
Being part of a blended family has shown me that family is built through love, commitment, and the memories we create together. That belief is at the heart of why Kelsi and I started Blended Bee’s Photography - to help others preserve the relationships, milestones, and moments that make their stories unique.
