What to expect

1.submit your inquiry
Complete our inquiry form with your event details, including the date, location, coverage needs, and goals for your event. We'll review your information and reach out within 24–48 hours to discuss your vision and answer any questions.
2.reserve your event
Once you've selected the collection that's right for your organization, we'll send your contract and retainer invoice. Your event date is officially reserved once both have been completed.
3.event day coverage
On the day of your event, we'll arrive prepared to professionally document every important moment—from branding and venue details to speakers, networking, team interactions, awards, and candid guest experiences. Our goal is to provide seamless, unobtrusive coverage while capturing images that reflect your organization and its purpose.
4.gallery delivery
Within 14 days of your event, you'll receive a professionally edited online gallery of high-resolution images ready for marketing, social media, internal communications, your website, and future promotional materials. Selected events also include 48-hour sneak peeks so you can begin sharing your event right away.
